CAN I USE THE WINE CHILLER WITHOUT THE LANDING PAD?
The landing pad is not required to be used with the Wine Chiller, but it is a sounddampener and a softer landing experience for your glass bottle.
DOES THE LID IMPROVE ICE RETENTION?
Yes, the lid will increase thermal performance and we always recommend using the lid when the bucket is filled with ice.
HOW CAN I CLEAN THE LANDING PAD?
It’s Dishwasher safe but you can use a sponge or brush in the sink.
DOES THIS COME WITH THE WINE CHILLER?
Yes it does but you can also buy it separately as a replacement.
WHAT IS THE LANDING PAD FOR?
It’s designed for sound dampening for glass bottles into the Wine Chiller, but it alsoprotects both the Wine Chiller and Bottle.
